Testimonials
Dan J., Josh and Fran,
More than four years ago my life and the life of my family was changed. I was never in a situation like this before and was so uncomfortable with the idea of a lawsuit. Then a good family friend brought me to your firm. Well you know how that played out so no need to go over it. But I want you all to know how grateful I am to you for all the time and effort that was put into this case. Because of you all I was given a voice and it was heard loud and clear. For that I can never have regret. We are now able to put this behind us and move forward. So Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!

A Chance to Fight for Your Legal Rights
Regarding firm partner Stewart J. Eisenberg “I was truly amazed at how skillful you were .... You gave my father a chance to fight for his legal rights ....Your efforts have saved many patients from having to face the crippling injury that my father suffered. You did a wonderful, generous thing.”

Dear Nancy,
I would like take this opportunity to thank you for everything you did for my case, not only because it is your job, but because you are a person who cared about me and my situation. You made a big change in my life and I really appreciate all the effort in giving me something that I deserve for all the suffering after my accident. Although my body will never be the same, I received in return something that will help me, and my son’s life, be a little better. I found in you a caring person that I can trust, not only as a lawyer, but as a friend.
Thank you so much Nancy!
Love, Guadalupe Alvarado

Ken and Dan are at the top of their profession. Not only are they skilled and astute litigators but they are also great people—full of integrity and respect. From start to finish I was impressed with their dedication to our case. I always felt they were on our side, always at the ready with personal attention to detail, always keeping us informed of the status of the case. It’s obvious they are guided by extensive experience, skill and expertise. We are very pleased with the outcome of our case. Our family is happy to recommend their services to you

Dear Stewart,
I feel I owe you an apology. When you introduced yourself Thursday morning, I said I did not remember you, which was true, but...
1) The older I get the worse my memory becomes. (not a cliché)
2) When we met in Lancaster, I was emotionally distress and I don't remember much, if anything, from that meeting.
I assure you, since I've had the pleasure of spending a day with you, I will remember you and your generosity and kindness.
The same goes for the staff involved, Dino Privitera and MaryKate Finnegan. Thank you, ever so much for the good work you do.
Sincerely,
Kay Garrity-Roth

Ken and Dan
After my husband was injured and totally disabled after an unnecessary accident, Ken and Dan acquired the best possible award for us. Their aggressive efforts on our behalf helped to insure a once bleak future. The professionalism and ethics exhibited by Ken, Dan and their staff was outstanding.
Gentlemen:
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to you for the recent purchase of a wheelchair for Estefany Ramos. Let me give you a little background on Estafany. She is 4 years old and suffers from a birth injury. As a result of her injury, Estefany is severely brain damaged, has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and other developmental delays. Estefany’s father is in the process of obtaining legal papers for his wife and two small children, but until the process is complete, they qualify for very little in the line of service. Estefany’s mother had to carry her everywhere, as the child can not walk. To say the least, this was becoming quite a task for mother when it came to simple things, like going to the grocery store, or the clinic. Many of us came together and put “the word” out concerning this family need, and lo and behold, through divine intervention, you responded. For your response, we will be eternally grateful for your kindness, as well as the Ramos family. It always amazes me how things can happen when we all work together for the good of the order. May you all be blessed in your endeavors. Thank you.
Gratefully yours,
